Collaboration Agreement

Thank you again for your interest in utilizing the private space at Mind's Eye Plants + Yoga for your Green Aura Tattoo Studio Pop-Up! We're excited about the potential for our businesses to collaborate and support each other within the Round Rock community.

Below, I've outlined some key points of the agreement:

Space & Time: Green Aura Tattoo Studio will have access to the private upstairs office space on May 3rd from 9 AM-5 PM. The event will run from 10 AM-4 PM. If you would like to bring your equipment and supplies in the evening before the event, let me know and we can make arrangements.

Collaboration:

Promotion: We encourage cross-promotion of your event through both our channels (social media, in-store signage where appropriate). Please provide us with event details and any relevant graphics you'd like us to share, and we'll do the same for you.
Audience: We anticipate our existing customer base, who are interested in wellness, plants, and local experiences, may also be interested in your offerings.
Green Aura Tattoo Studios Responsibility: You will be responsible for the setup and breakdown of your event within the agreed-upon timeframe, bringing all necessary materials, managing your own appointments, and processing your own sales/transactions. Green Aura Tattoo Studio is responsible for providing required licenses and/or insurance to cover the Tattoo Pop-up activities.
Mind's Eye Responsibility: We will ensure the agreed-upon space is clean and accessible for your event. Electricity, Wi-Fi, and Restrooms are available for your team.
Disclaimers: Mind's Eye Plants + Yoga is not responsible for booth set up, injuries incurred by your team during the event, or merchandise/equipment damage.

Fees: The rental fee for the agreed-upon space and time is 30% of earnings up to $200. Payment is due within 2 hours of event completion.

Next Steps: To confirm, please reply to this email acknowledging your agreement to these terms.

By clicking on this agreement you accept the following terms:

1) Mind's Eye Plants and UnEarthed are not responsible for booth set up, injuries incurred during the event, or merchandise damage.

2) Each vendor is responsible for their own TX resellers license and/or floral nursery license.

3) Each vendor will be respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and encourage an inclusive environment to all.

4) No weapons, drug paraphernalia, or any items that may be offensive or inappropriate for a family event will be sold.

5) I understand that the vendor fee is non refundable. In cases of weather/extreme circumstances credits for future markets may be considered.

6) Booth payment is due immediately upon application approval via Venmo or Zelle.
