Vendor Info

Spaces Available:

- OUTSIDE 10 x 10 ($50 to reserve once selected - 3 available)
- OUTSIDE 6ft table spaces ($25 to reserve once selected - 2 available)

- INSIDE/UPSTAIRS 6 ft table spaces ($40 to reserve once selected - 4 available)

Venue: The market will be held at 100 E Main Street Round Rock, TX 78664. Space is currently available outdoors in the downstairs parking lot and indoors in the Mind's Eye Community Space.

Parking will be street or public lot only.

Requirements and Details:
- Tent/Canopy: Outside vendors must bring their own canopy AND weights.
- Tables and Chairs: Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
- Payment Equipment: Vendors must bring their own equipment to receive payments.
- Power: Power is extremely limited on site. If you must have power for your booth, please specify on your application.

- Wifi: Wifi is available for payment processing.

- Restrooms: There are no public restrooms on site. Vendors may use the restroom upstairs at Mind's Eye.

All vendors/sellers must be disclosed via the application process. If you plan to share your space with another vendor, please include that information under "Extra Notes/Requirements." Failure to disclose may result in exclusion from future Mind's Eye events.

How to Apply:
Please submit the below information as soon as possible so that we can begin review. Once we have reviewed applications, we will reach out directly to confirm the decision. If approved, payment for your space will be due.

Extra Notes/Requirements

By clicking on this agreement you accept the following terms:

1) Mind's Eye Plants and UnEarthed are not responsible for booth set up, injuries incurred during the event, or merchandise damage.

2) Each vendor is responsible for their own TX resellers license and/or floral nursery license.

3) Booths may not be shared without express consent/approval from Mind's Eye. Please be sure that any additional sellers have been included in your application.

4) Each vendor will be respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and encourage an inclusive environment to all.

5) No weapons, drug paraphernalia, or any items that may be offensive or inappropriate for a family event will be sold.

6) The vendor fee is non refundable. In cases of weather/extreme circumstances credits for future markets may be considered.

7) To hold your spot, booth fee must be paid within 48 hours of application approval. (Venmo and Zelle are accepted.)
