Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment Advance Reservation: All readings must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your time slot. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking via major credit card. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to current availability. Reach out and I'll do my best to work with you! Astrologer Cancellation: If I need to reschedule due to illness or technical issues, you will have the choice of a full refund or a priority reschedule. 3. Client Responsibilities Accuracy: Please double-check your birth date, exact time, and location. Inaccurate data directly impacts the accuracy of your reading. Punctuality: Please be ready at your scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without a refund.
