Join us for a 1-hour all-levels Vinyasa Flow class set to the soulful, improvisational sounds of jazz legends like Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, Duke Ellington, and the Oscar Peterson Trio. This isn't just a yoga class; it's an immersive journey where breath meets improvisation, and strength finds its melody. Because this is a small space, we kindly request that cancellations be made promptly via email to mindseyeplants@gmail.com. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class start time will receive a 50% refund.
