Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking astrology reading services. By scheduling and paying for a reading, you agree to the following: 1. Booking and Payment: All astrology readings must be booked and paid for in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit cards. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their appointment. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reading time are eligible for a partial (50%) refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled reading time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation by Astrologer: The astrologer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reading due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues). In the event of cancellation by the astrologer, the client will be offered the option to: Reschedule the reading at no additional cost. Receive a full refund. 3. No-Refund Policy (Within 48 Hours): Due to the time and preparation involved in preparing for each individual reading, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced. 4. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth information (date, time, and location) at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may affect the accuracy of the reading. Clients are expected to be present and available at the scheduled time of their reading. If a client is more than 5 minutes late for their appointment, the astrologer reserves the right to shorten the reading time or cancel the appointment without a refund. Clients agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with the astrologer. 5. Disclaimer: Astrology readings are for personal and spiritual guidance only. They are not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The astrologer's interpretations are based on astrological principles and should not be taken as definitive predictions. Clients are responsible for their own choices and actions. 6.
